Родители (опекуны и попечители) имеют право и обязаны воспитывать
несовершеннолетнего, заботиться о получении им образования,
руководить его действиями в соответствии с возрастом, способностями
несовершеннолетнего.
Вмешательство государства в осуществление родителями своих прав и
обязанностей по отношению к несовершеннолетнему допускается лишь в
случаях, предусмотренных законодательством Кыргызской Республики, и
только в интересах несовершеннолетнего.
