Государственные пособия назначаются районными (городскими)
управлениями социальной защиты.
Управление социальной защиты не позднее пяти дней после вынесения
соответствующего решения извещают заявителя в устном или письменном
порядке об отказе в назначении государственного пособия с указанием
причины отказа и порядка обжалования.
