В случае смерти лица, получавшего социальное пособие, родителям
или его семье выплачивается пособие на погребение в размере
пятикратного гарантированного минимального уровня потребления за
счет средств местного бюджета.
Если похороны получателя социального пособия осуществлялись
лицами, не являющимися членами семьи, пособие на погребение
выплачивается этим лицам при предоставлении подтверждающих документов.
