Статья 13. Число членов судов аксакалов

1. Суды аксакалов избираются в составе не менее 3 и не более 9 человек с учетом представительства не более семидесяти процентов лиц одного пола, при этом их количество должно быть нечетным.
2. В случае выбытия (прекращения полномочий) члена суда аксакалов, на его место претендует лицо того же пола.
