1. В судах аксакалов дела (материалы) рассматриваются коллегиально - в составе председательствующего и членов суда.
2. Суд аксакалов правомочен рассматривать дела при наличии большинства состава его членов.
3. В случае если при принятии решения по рассматриваемому делу количество голосов окажется равным, то голос председательствующего является решающим.
