Честь, достоинство, профессиональная репутация медицинских и фармацевтических работников защищается законодательством Кыргызской Республики. Никто не имеет право нанести физический, моральный и материальный ущерб медицинскому и фармацевтическому работнику при исполнении им своей профессиональной деятельности.
