1. Психиатрическая помощь оказывается при добровольном обращении лица или с его согласия, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных настоящим Законом.
2. Несовершеннолетнему в возрасте до 18 лет, а также лицу, признанному в установленном законом порядке недееспособным, психиатрическая помощь оказывается по просьбе или с согласия их законных представителей в порядке, предусмотренном настоящим Законом.
