1. Правоотношения по ипотеке регулируются Гражданским кодексом
Кыргызской Республики, настоящим Законом, Законом Кыргызской
Республики "О залоге", а также другими законами и нормативными
правовыми актами, издаваемыми на основании и в соответствии с ними.
2. Если международным договором Кыргызской Республики,
ратифицированным в установленном законом порядке, определены иные
правила, чем те, которые предусмотрены настоящим Законом, применяются
правила международного договора.
