The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 24 апреля 2019 года № 52.
1. Лицо, обратившееся с жалобой, может отозвать ее в любой момент до принятия решения по жалобе.
2. Повторная подача жалобы по тому же поводу может быть осуществлена в пределах сроков, установленных настоящей главой.
