Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики «О защите прав предпринимателей» (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2001 г., № 1, ст.1) следующие изменения:
1. По всему тексту Закона на государственном языке слово «статья» в различных падежных формах заменить словом «берене» в соответствующих падежах.
2. В статье 23 слова «и арбитражного процессуального» исключить.
