Внести в Таможенный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2006 г., № 5, ст.420) следующее дополнение: пункт 1 статьи 286 после слов "перемещающие товары," дополнить словами "непосредственные владельцы товаров или их представители, действующие по доверенности,".
