В целях защиты своих прав и интересов медицинские работники имеют право объединяться на добровольных началах в профессиональные объединения, ассоциации для решения вопросов, связанных с профессиональной деятельностью, и осуществлять свою деятельность в соответствии с законодательством о некоммерческих организациях.
