Правительству Кыргызской Республики в двухмесячный срок привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу с 1 января 2009 года, за исключе- нием пунктов 52 и 67 статьи 1 настоящего Закона, которые вступают в си- лу с 1 января 2010 года, и пункта 63, который вступает в силу с 1 янва- ря 2011 года.
