Размер минимального расчетного дохода в месяц на 2009 год устанав- ливается уполномоченным налоговым органом на основании данных статисти- ческого органа Кыргызской Республики по региональной среднемесячной за- работной плате работников за 2008 год, за исключением стандартных выче- тов, предусмотренных пунктами 1 и 3 статьи 170 Налогового кодекса Кыр- гызской Республики, с официальным опубликованием в срок не позднее 30 календарных дней со дня вступления в силу настоящего Закона.
