Выбор объекта, формы и размера инвестиций является ответственностью (риском) самого инвестора, соответственно, конечную ответственность (риск) за защиту собственных инвестиций, вложенных в ценные бумаги, в том числе в акции, несут сами инвесторы (акционеры).
