Бездокументарные ценные бумаги - именные ценные бумаги, права по которым удостоверяются записью на счете в реестре держателей ценных бумаг либо записью на счете депо у депозитария. На территории Кыргызской Республики все эмиссионные ценные бумаги выпускаются в бездокументарной форме. (В редакции Закона КР от 4 июля 2022 года № 56)
