1. Положения настоящей главы применяются в отношении эмитентов, являющихся публичными компаниями в соответствии с настоящим Законом.
2. Инвестиционные фонды наряду с требованиями по раскрытию информации, установленными законодательством об инвестиционных фондах, обязаны обеспечивать раскрытие информации в соответствии с настоящей главой.
