Кабинету Министров Кыргызской Республики:
- приостановить перевод орошаемых земель пашни в другие категории земель или виды угодий;
- разработать нормативные правовые акты, четко определяющие процедуру перевода особо ценных земель сельскохозяйственного назначения в другие категории или виды угодий, в целях обеспечения продовольственной безопасности Кыргызской Республики и принципа приоритета земель сельскохозяйственного назначения.
