Государство создает равные условия и возможности всем театрально-зрелищным учреждениям (драматические театры, музыкальные театры, музыкально-драматические театры, молодежные театры, театры кукол, концертные залы, филармонии, цирки и другие). Общественные отношения, связанные с деятельностью театрально-зрелищных учреждений, регулируются законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
