Все субъекты, осуществляющие деятельность в области культуры, свободны в определении творческих программ и выборе репертуара, вправе распространять и использовать произведения искусства и культуры разных жанров, форм и стилей, при соблюдении условий и требований, предусмотренных законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
