С целью стимулирования творческого процесса государственные органы, органы местного самоуправления и иные организации имеют право размещать творческие заказы для юридических и физических лиц на создание:
- драматических, музыкальных, музыкально-драматических, литературных, художественных, живописных, кинематографических и театральных произведений;
- произведений, отражающих многовековую историю кыргызского народа и его языка, национальные и общемировые ценности;
- скульптурных произведений, произведений изобразительного искусства.
