Государство берет на себя заботу об охране здоровья всех членов семьи путем проведения санитарно-профилактических мероприятий, предоставления доступной медико-санитарной помощи, медицинской реабилитации. Семья (каждый ее член) имеет право на выбор семейного врача, который обеспечивает ей медицинскую помощь по месту жительства. Медико-санитарная помощь предоставляется членам семьи бесплатно в рамках Программы государственных гарантий.
