Статья 99. Действия с товарами по истечении срока хранения

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 31 декабря 2014 года № 184.
1. Не позднее дня истечения сроков хранения товаров на таможенном складе, предусмотренных статьей 93 настоящего Кодекса, товары должны быть заявлены к иному таможенному режиму с соблюдением требований и условий, установленных настоящим Кодексом.
2. Распоряжение указанными товарами по истечении этого срока производится в соответствии с разделом XII настоящего Кодекса.
