Лица вправе в любое время выбрать любой таможенный режим или изменить его на другой, независимо от характера, количества, страны происхождения, отправления или назначения товаров, если иное не предусмотрено настоящим Кодексом и иными нормативными правовыми актами Кыргызской Республики.
