Статья 77. Ликвидация склада временного хранения

1. Склад временного хранения ликвидируется в порядке, предусмотренном настоящим Кодексом.
2. При ликвидации склада временного хранения хранящиеся на нем товары подлежат перемещению на другой склад временного хранения в течение 30 дней со дня, следующего за днем принятия решения об отзыве решения о включении в реестр лиц в качестве владельцев складов временного хранения.
