1. Временное хранение осуществляется в помещениях, на открытых площадках, в иных местах, специально выделенных и обустроенных для этих целей (складах временного хранения).
2. Склады временного хранения могут учреждаться отечественными лицами в соответствии с положениями настоящего Кодекса.
3. Места временного хранения товаров являются зоной таможенного контроля и местом представления товаров и транспортных средств таможенному органу.
