Внутренний таможенный транзит - таможенная процедура, при которой товары, находящиеся под таможенным контролем, перевозятся по таможенной территории Кыргызской Республики без уплаты таможенных пошлин, налогов и без применения к товарам нетарифных мер регулирования при соблюдении условий, установленных настоящей главой.
