Деятельность политических и административных муниципальных должностных лиц регулируется настоящим Законом и иными нормативными правовыми актами Кыргызской Республики. Действие настоящего Закона не распространяется на государственных служащих, военнослужащих и административно-технический персонал органов местного самоуправления, деятельность которых регулируется на общих основаниях трудовым законодательством.
