Для женщин, работающих в высокогорных районах и отдаленных и труднодоступных зонах, коллективным договором или трудовым договором может устанавливаться 36-часовая неделя, если меньшая продолжительность рабочей недели не предусмотрена для них законами. При этом заработная плата выплачивается в том же размере, что и при полной рабочей неделе. Порядок установления сокращенной рабочей недели определяется в коллективном договоре или трудовом договоре.
