Вступление в брак гражданина Киргизской ССР с лицом, состоящим в
гражданстве другой союзной республики либо гражданином иностранного го-
сударства, или с лицом без гражданства, а также расторжение брака не
влечет изменения гражданства супругов.
Изменение гражданства одним из супругов не влечет изменения граж-
данства другого супруга.
