Исполнение решений по вопросам гражданства в отношении лиц, прожи-
вающих в Киргизской ССР возлагается на Министерство внутренних дел Кир-
гизской ССР, управления, отделы внутренних дел исполнительных комитетов
Советов народных депутатов, а в отношении лиц, проживающих за границей,
- на Министерство иностранных дел Киргизской ССР.
