Гражданство Киргизской ССР приобретается:
1) по рождению;
2) в результате приема в гражданство;
3) по основаниям, предусмотренным международными договорами СССР и
Киргизской ССР;
4) по иным основаниям, предусмотренным настоящим Законом.
