Процентные ставки и величина комиссионного вознаграждения по опе-
рациям коммерческих банков устанавливаются ими самостоятельно с учетом
положений, предусмотренных в статье 11 Закона "О Государственном банке
Республики Кыргызстан (резервной системе республики)".
