Статья 12. Наблюдательный совет ПКИ

1. Наблюдательный совет ПКИ состоит из 7 членов и формируется на три года в следующем порядке:
1) 2 члена назначаются Председателем Кабинета Министров Кыргызской Республики;
2) 5 членов назначаются профессиональным объединением (объединениями) креативных индустрий.
2. Председатель Наблюдательного совета избирается на один год из числа членов Наблюдательного совета.
