1. Лица, нарушившие настоящий Закон, несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Энергетические компании, не выполняющие обязанности, возложенные настоящим Законом, возмещают компенсацию в размере упущенной выгоды производителей ВИЭ.
