Информация о добываемых, производимых, завозимых, перерабатываемых, преобразуемых, транспортируемых, хранимых и потребляемых энергоносителях ВИЭ подлежит учету государственным органом в области официальной статистики. Субъекты ВИЭ обязаны оснастить все точки учета приборами учета АСКУЭ с интеграцией в ЦССОД расчетного центра. (В редакции Закона КР от 9 августа 2023 года № 174)
