Нарушение правил обязательного медицинского осмотра работников или допуск к работе лица, не прошедшего обязательный медицинский осмотр, – влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 30 расчетных показателей, на юридических лиц – 130 расчетных показателей.
