Разглашение сведений о заболевании или результатах медицинского освидетельствования пациента, совершенное медицинским, фармацевтическим или иным работником, которому эти сведения стали известны в связи с исполнением профессиональных или служебных обязанностей, – влечет наложение штрафа на физических лиц в размере 100 расчетных показателей.
