Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об акционерных обществах" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2003 г., № 6, ст.240) следующие изменения: в статье 79:
а) в пункте 1 слова "отчете и аудите" заменить словом "учете";
б) пункт 2 после слова "органы" дополнить словами ", в Публичный депозитарий финансовой отчетности".
