Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О микрофинансовых организациях в Кыргызской Республике" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2002 г., № 9, ст.412) следующее изменение: статью 38 дополнить пунктом 5 следующего содержания: "5. Микрофинансовые организации ведут бухгалтерский учет и составляют финансовую отчетность в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики о бухгалтерском учете с учетом особенностей настоящего Закона, а также требований Национального банка.".
