На основании записи акта о перемене фамилии, имени и отчества вносятся изменения в записи актов гражданского состояния, ранее составленные в отношении лица, переменившего имя, и выдается свидетельство о перемене фамилии, имени и отчества. При этом выдается новое свидетельство о рождении лицу, обратившемуся за переменой фамилии, имени и отчества. (В редакции Закона Кыргызской Республики от 16 марта 2023 года № 59)
