Статья 79. Основания прекращения службы в правоохранительных органах

Служба в правоохранительных органах прекращается в случае:
1) увольнения сотрудника;
2) гибели (смерти) сотрудника или признания его безвестно отсутствующим и (или) объявления умершим в порядке, установленном гражданским законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
