Медиация по спору, уголовному делу, находящимся в производстве суда или третейского суда, в том числе медиация в период отбывания наказания, должна быть завершена в срок до тридцати календарных дней. По взаимному согласию сторон и медиатора данный срок может быть продлен, но не более чем на тридцать календарных дней.
