1. Обучение медиаторов осуществляется организациями по профессиональному обучению медиаторов.
2. Для получения статуса медиатора необходимо получить дополнительное образование по медиации, подтвержденное сертификатом.
Медиатор обязан повышать свою квалификацию не менее одного раза в два года.
