The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 14 ноября 2025 года № 256.
1. Статус медиатора прекращается в случаях:
1) утраты дееспособности;
2) вступления в законную силу обвинительного приговора суда;
3) письменного заявления об отказе от статуса медиатора;
4) смерти медиатора.
2. Решение о прекращении статуса медиатора может быть обжаловано в судебном порядке.
