Статья 57. Малозначительное деяние

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
1. Малозначительным деянием признается действие (бездействие), которое хотя формально и содержит признаки какого-либо деяния, предусмотренного настоящим Кодексом, но не причинило и не могло причинить значительный вред.
2. Малозначительным деянием не может быть признано деяние, ответственность за которое предусмотрена Кодексом Кыргызской Республики о проступках.
