The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
В соответствии с настоящим Кодексом не являются преступлением малозначительное деяние (статья 57), добровольный отказ от совершения преступления (статьи 40, 48), приготовление к менее тяжкому преступлению (часть 2 статьи 38), случай (статья 34), использование невежественным лицом негодных средств (статья 58).
