Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О беженцах" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2002 г., № 5, ст.203) следующее изменение: абзац первый части 1 статьи 16 после слова "самоуправления" дополнить словами "в соответствии с делегированными государственными полномочиями".
