Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об основах социального обслуживания населения в Кыргызской Республике" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2002 г., № 1, ст.1) следующее изменение: часть 2 статьи 6 после слова "самоуправления" дополнить словами "в рамках реализации делегированных государственных полномочий".
