Ресурсы республиканского и местных бюджетов включают следующие поступления в бюджет:
1) доходы бюджета;
2) поступления от операций с нефинансовыми активами;
3) поступления от операций с финансовыми активами;
4) поступления в результате принятия обязательств.
Сумма доходов бюджета и поступлений от операций с нефинансовыми активами образует совокупные доходы бюджета.
